A very comfortable and efficient living space in a great, great location for working the Northern and Northwestern tiers of Greater Boston; and a delightful hostess. Lydia and Kenny are hospitable hosts, and their home is a great choice for spending a couple of nights in town. Both the private room and shared areas of their home living room, kitchen, bathroom are extremely clean, and they are respectful of their guests' privacy. The house is an easy walk to the main drag in Woburn. Lydia's place is clean and quietly located on a back street.

We visited Salem 35 minutes out and Boston 20 minutes out and felt it was a prime location to both. I would highly recommend this place! Nick was wonderful in responding to multiple texts. First we wanted to check in really late.
Then two friends got there earlier than expected. So Nick allowed them to check in even though I was not there yet and I had booked the apartment.
When my friends were running late, the woman waited for their arrival to let them in. My friends said she and the others were very helpful and friendly. Our party of four enjoyed having two bathrooms for both bedrooms. Another guest and I had to work one morning that we were there. So she used the work desk while I was at the table.
This left our other friends lounging on the couch or cooking in the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, all four of us could move easily about the spacious open-concept kitchen as we prepared breakfast for ourselves and packed lunches for the afternoon.
The apartment was also conveniently located for us north of Boston. We jumped onto the highway to head to Maine for one day and it was a nice easy drive. The commute to Boston and the airport was smooth without any tolls. Make sure you have the badge to get in and out of the garage: Nick is a great host, who did everything he could to make our stay comfortable.
